Modification options
Selected projects may include steering wheels, ambient or accent lighting, door-handle systems, spoilers, mirror caps, screens, trim kits, dash cams, and related accessories. Each request is reviewed for product compatibility, vehicle fitment, installation instructions, wiring requirements, and scheduling before it is accepted.
Customer-supplied parts
Customer-supplied products must be complete and compatible. Labor covers installation unless the written quote says otherwise. Product defects, missing hardware, poor fitment, diagnostic work, and manufacturer issues are separate from installation labor and warranty.
Install time and ‘figuring out what this company was thinking’ are two different things.
Inspection and limitations
Some projects require an in-person look before scheduling. Electrical or mechanical work outside the accepted scope is not implied. The written quote should identify labor limits, exclusions, customer-supplied-product responsibility, and any installation warranty.
