Estimates and pricing
Website prices are starting points or planning ranges, not binding offers. A project-specific written quote controls the agreed scope, assumptions, exclusions, pricing, deposit, schedule, and accepted add-ons.
Existing condition
Wrap and removal outcomes depend on paint, clear coat, repaint history, oxidation, damage, coatings, previous work, product fitment, hardware, access, maintenance, and other conditions that may not be visible before work begins.
Images and concepts
Project images may show completed installations, concepts or renderings, design-only work, before-and-after views, or work in progress. Captions describe the image context; photographs alone do not define another customer's project scope or specifications.
Workmanship warranty
Installed work carries a 12-month workmanship warranty from the installation date. It covers lifting, peeling, bubbling, and edge or seam failure caused by our installation. The remedy is repair or replacement of the affected area. Vinyl Alchemy decides where each warranty repair is done. The warranty applies only to customers whose account is paid in full, with no unpaid balance on any invoice. Vinyl Alchemy does not perform warranty work or any further work for a customer with an unpaid balance.
What the warranty does not cover
It does not cover film performance, which is a matter for the film manufacturer's warranty; damage from accidents, impact, abrasion, pressure washing, automatic brush car washes, chemicals, or track and off-road use; failure of the paint or surface under the film; areas repaired or altered by anyone else without our approval; or work for a customer with an unpaid balance on any invoice. It applies to the original customer and does not cover downtime or loss of use. Warranty statements elsewhere on this site are summaries; this section controls. Where the written scope for a project states a different warranty term, the written scope controls.
Customer-supplied products
Acceptance, compatibility, missing hardware, product defects, diagnostics, manufacturer claims, electrical limitations, and installation warranty must be defined in the written scope.
