Information collected
The quote form collects the contact, location, project, vehicle, vessel, fleet, design, condition, deadline, consent, and upload information that you choose to provide. Basic security logs may include time, request status, and a privacy-preserving network identifier used for rate limiting.
How it is used
Information is used to review feasibility, prepare or clarify an estimate, schedule approved work, provide customer confirmation, respond to questions, protect the form from abuse, and maintain submission records. Optional marketing consent is separate and is not required for a quote.
Uploads and delivery
Uploads are checked, renamed, and stored in a non-public location. Authorized access uses expiring, token-protected download links instead of exposing a browsable upload folder.
Retention and deletion
Quote information and uploads are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to review the request, communicate with you, perform accepted work, maintain appropriate business records, and meet legal or security obligations. You may contact Vinyl Alchemy to ask about or request deletion of your information, subject to legitimate recordkeeping requirements.
