From useful project details to inspected installation

The process changes with the service, but the principles stay consistent: establish the surface and scope, write down the assumptions, approve design before production, and inspect the result before delivery.

  1. 01

    Submit project details and photos

Tell us what the vehicle, vessel, fleet, or object is; what you want; its current condition; and when you need it.

  2. 02

    Initial review

We review feasibility, missing information, likely coverage, and whether the requested deadline is realistic.

  3. 03

    In-person evaluation when necessary

Damage, failing paint, oxidation, removal, unusual hardware, access, or custom modifications may require inspection.

  4. 04

    Coverage and material selection

The written scope separates visible coverage, exclusions, jambs, add-ons, material type, finish, and removal.

  5. 05

    Written quote

Pricing, assumptions, included design, installation, exclusions, expected duration, and next steps are documented.

  6. 06

    Deposit and scheduling

A 50% deposit secures the approved project before scheduling or production begins.

  7. 07

    Design and proofing

Commercial, fleet, marine, and printed work is laid out, revised within scope, and approved before production.

  8. 08

    Preparation

Cleaning, removal, surface review, disassembly, masking, and environment preparation follow the accepted job.

  9. 09

    Installation

Film or graphics are installed according to the agreed coverage and project-specific material plan.

  10. 10

    Inspection and delivery

Edges, seams, panels, graphics, and finish are reviewed; any cure or follow-up instructions are explained.

  11. 11

    Aftercare

Washing, handling, cure, inspection, and issue-reporting guidance follows the actual material and service.
