Open trailers
Landscape and utility trailers with mesh sides can’t take vinyl, so we put your name there on printed aluminum panels instead, laminated and bolted to the outside of the mesh or the back of the trailer.
- Side panels: $645 and up for the pair, installed in the same visit as your truck
- Rear panel: $195 and up for a single printed panel, 12″×36″ or larger, for the back of the trailer
- $50 off each panel option when you add it to DOT marking or commercial lettering in the same visit
- Panels installed on their own, without a truck visit, are quoted separately
- Your name, phone number, and one line saying what you do, lettered large enough to read from the next lane
- Panels unbolt and move to your next trailer
- Send a photo of each trailer side first. Racks, toolboxes, and gates change where panels can go.
What the marking rule requires
Under 49 CFR 390.21, every commercial motor vehicle it covers must show:
- Your legal name or a single trade name, exactly as registered with FMCSA
- Your USDOT number, preceded by “USDOT”
- Both sides of the vehicle
- Letters that contrast sharply with the background
- Legible in daylight from 50 feet while the truck is parked
Georgia intrastate carriers add “GA” after the number. We check your registered name and number against FMCSA before we cut anything. If what’s on your doors now is handwritten, magnetic, or peeling, we replace it.
More than one truck
- Each additional truck done in the same visit, at the same location, with the same layout, is $100 less.
- Mixing packages? The highest package is full price once. Every other truck is $100 off its own package price.
- A different name, color, or design on another truck is a new layout and pays the first-truck price.
- Five or more trucks gets a written quote.
Booking
- Paid in full at booking, with a written scope before we schedule.
- Trucks must be clean and dry when we arrive.
- A truck that isn’t there or isn’t ready becomes a new visit at the first-truck price.
